As a subscriber to Job Descriptions Made Simple, you can create job descriptions for your organization either from a blank template, or by selecting from the hundreds of standardized and occupation-specific descriptors provided by O*Net. Once your job description has been created, it is neatly filed away in your own personal electronic file cabinet, where it can be edited at a later date, or used as a starting point for a new job description. All job descriptions reside on the HRSentry server, which is backed up on a daily basis, providing you with the peace of mind that all your job descriptions will always be available and safe.
